You can also contact our customer service in Cuxhaven, visit us in an exclusively furnished video travel centre in Himmelpforten and at the new point of sale in Hemmoor (travel agency is located close to the railway station).

You will also find many ticket machines on the platforms where you can purchase DB long-distance tickets and also pick-up pre-reserved tickets (“Bahn Tix”). You can find ticket machines at the stations Hammah, Himmelpforten, Hechthausen, Hemmoor, Wingst, Cadenberge, Otterndorf and Cuxhaven. At the DB ticket machines, you can either pay with cash or cash-free using your EC card, Maestro card or any common visa card. You can choose between different languages (English, Spanish, French, Turkish and Italian), when operating the ticket machine.
