NIEDERSACHSENTARIF (LOWER SAXONY FARE)

Since 9 December 2018 you can use busses and city trains at your original and final destination with any single or return ticket you purchase. This way you can use busses and trains in the city, travelling from the Elphi all the way to Kugelbake in Cuxhaven without any additional charges. If you’re travelling in a group you can do so for as low as 8.80 EUR per person.

With the additional imprint on your ticket “und örtl. Nahverkehr“, which means public transport included, you can tell if your train ticket is also valid in the other city.

More information under https://www.niedersachsentarif.de

Furthermore, the Lower Saxony ticket is expanding and will be valid in almost all busses in Lower Saxony, Bremen and Hamburg. More information on the Lower-Saxony ticket is available under: www.niedersachsenticket.de
